Model 1: adjusted for age, sex, ethnicity, years of education, current smoking status, current alcohol consumption status, physical exercise, nutrition management; Model 2: additionally adjusted for cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes duration, antidiabetic agents, antihypertensive agents, lipid-lowering agents; Model 3: additionally adjusted for SBP, DBP, FPG, TC, TG, HDL-c, LDL-c, UA and HbA1c
